I offer Psychotherapy to address: Relationship Issues, Anger, Depression, Anxiety, Work/Home Stress, Life Transitions, Grief and Loss, Post Abortion Guilt/Shame, Healing from Current and Past Trauma, Interpersonal Relations, Parenting, and Self-Esteem.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences.
I can also integrate the Christian/Catholic faith principles with counseling approaches. Your faith can be very beneficial for your recovery.
